Born in 1978 in La Louvière, éric Croes graduated from the sculpture studio in ENSAV La Cambre in Brussels in 2003. He is as much a sculptor as a painter, star of experimental cinema, video jockey, wallpaper designer, singer, terrorist...
We have seen his work around a dozen of solo shows, most recently 'Fosse aux ours – Bear Pit' at Gare du Congres in Brussels, and 'Tout ce que j'aimais' at Chapelle des Calvériennes in Mayenne, France.
In his collective work, he has collaborated in numerous exhibitions in Belgium, Switzerland and France. Between those shows, latests are 'Mises à l'eau' at the Cultural Center in Namur and 'Le prix du Hainnaut' at BPS 22 in Charleroi; or at Gallerie Basta and Passage de Retz in Paris for 'Première vue'.
