Within the context of the current exhibition “Yesterday was different”, Komplot presents the first book exploring the collaborative art practice of Kasper Bosmans and Marthe Ramm Fortun. The book mixes the concept of a classical publication, documenting an art show, with that of an artist book, showing the artists’ “mirrored pages” – drawings made together during their regular encounters. Furthermore, the book is enriched by text contributions from guest writers Oscar Van Den Boogaard, director of the Higher Institute of Fine Arts in Ghent; Sarina Basta, curator at the Fondation Calouste Gulbenkian and École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris; and Audrey Cottin, a French performance artist currently based in Brussels.

Dans le cadre de l'exposition ‘Yesterday Was Different’, Komplot présente le premier livre explorant la pratique collaborative de Kasper Bosmans et Marthe Ramm Fortun. Le livre mêle le concept d'une publication classique, documentant une exposition d'art, au concept du livre d'artiste, incluant des dessins réalisés ensemble durant leurs rencontres régulières. En outre, le livre est enrichi par les contributions de texted d’Oscar Van den Boogaard, romancier et directeur de l'Institut supérieur des Beaux-Arts de Gand, Sarina Basta, curatrice à la Fondation Calouste Gulbenkian et Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Paris et Audrey Cottin, artiste française actuellement basée à Bruxelles.

In de context van de huidige tentoonstelling Yesterday was different, presenteert Komplot het eerste boek dat de samenwerking tussen Kasper Bosmans en Marthe Ramm Fortun vat. Het boek mengt het concept van een klassieke publicatie, dat een kunsttentoonstelling documenteert, met dat van een kunstenaarsboek, waarin ze hun “gespiegelde pagina’s” tonen – tekeningen die ze samen maken tijdens hun talloze ontmoetingen. Bovendien wordt het boek verrijkt met tekst-bijdragen van Oscar Van Den Boogaard, schrijver en directeur aan het Hoger Instituut voor Schone Kunsten in Gent, Sarina Basta, curatrice in de Fondation Calouste Gulbenkian en aan de École Supérieure des Beaux arts in Parijs, en Audrey Cottin, een Franse performance-kunstenares die momenteel in Brussel woont.
